United Nations' Highlights
Sr. Jean Stoner is the congregation's representative at the United Nations. She is interested in influencing issues of justice on a global level, particularly those that involve women and girls. Prior to this assignment she worked in the development office of the California Province. A former high school teacher, she is credited for instilling the love of math in many a student.

- A short film "To Whom It May Concern" was produced by the non-profit Artfully Unforgotten under the sponsorship of Franciscans International and Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur. Shown at the U.N. on International Women's Day, it is now available online and hopefully will help raise awareness about the trafficking of women and girls. Please feel free to share it.
