Anne and Sr. Jeanette
Our sixty California Associates include teachers, nurses, young mothers, parish workers, university leaders, and community volunteers. These wonderful women and men share with the Sisters a vibrant sense of mission which gives focus to their lives. They also share a belief in the goodness of God, a global vision, and a desire to make a difference in the lives of impoverished people here and in Africa and Latin America.

We just welcomed three dynamic San Francisco Bay Area women who made their commitment as Associates. For a second year, California Associates have again joined with Sisters and Associates in the U.S. to raise funds, buy food, pack boxes, and write personal notes of support to the Sisters in Zimbabwe and the people they are helping.
As Co-Coordinators, we plan an annual retreat, prayer gatherings, and other activities that connect us with one another and with the Sisters of Notre Dame.
