Serve as Pastoral Ministers

While we consider all of our service a ministry, some wear special ministry hats working with people within the Church or bringing Church to people! Here are some of these Sisters.

Sr. Michelle Henault serves as a chaplain at Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula. A certified chaplain, Sr. Karen Pozniak visits patients, trains pastoral volunteers and leads religious services at Fanny Allen Hospital in Burlington, VT. Sr. Yvonne Bondi is a volunteer chaplain at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center.

Sr. Sharon McMillan ministers as Director of Music and Worship at the Cathedral of San Carlos Borromeo in Monterey, CA. She also serves as liturgist for many special California Province events. Sr. Martin de Porres Coleman prepares the music for Sunday and seasonal liturgies and funerals at Mercy Retirement and Care Center in Oakland.
